The venue for the 2019 Americas Regional Meeting is the Westin Punta Cana.

 

Located in the Playa Blanca area of the Punta Cana Resort the Caribbean provides the perfect backdrop to the meeting allowing delegates to meet, network and discuss business in this relaxed setting.

 

In your free time delegates can make the most of the championship golf courses, the magnificent beaches and the multitude of water sports that are available.

Room rate is $159.00 for single or double occupancy.  Rates do not include applicable taxes, currently 28%.

In order to secure accommodation, it is advisable that your book as soon as possible but no later than 14^th October 2019. 

Should you wish to lengthen your stay, the hotel has extended the group rate 3 days prior and 3 days after the Event Dates. The hotel cannot guarantee availability so you are encouraged to book early.
